Breaking news! Take that everyone else

The Phillies acquired lefthander Scott Eyre from the Cubs today for minor leaguer Brian Schlitter, a 16th round selection of the Phils in the 2007 draft.

Eyre was 2-0 with a 7.15 ERA in Chicago, but has left lefties to a .244 average over his career.
